    Role Descriptions (Brief outline)
    Section Team Leader
    Lead the team in planning, delivering, and running a quality programmes safely. They make sure all young people can take part in the programme and gain skills for life. They also help young people work towards their Top Awards.
    Section Team Member
    Plans, delivers, and runs quality programmes safely. They make sure all young people can take part in the programme and gain skills for life. They also help young people work towards their Top Awards.
    Group Leadership Team helps volunteers across all Sections work well together and feel motivated. They make sure the Group is respected and supported in their local community.
    Trustee Board 
    ​As charity trustees, to make sure Scouts is run safely and legally. At the heart of their role is a focus on strategy, performance and assurance. Effective Trustee Board governance helps our volunteers deliver fantastic programmes that give young people skills for life. 
    Administration
