If you sign the below declaration, up to 25p in each £1 can be claimed back by the Group from the ‘Tax Man’. This will really help the Groups finances and cut down the pressure on the essential fundraising that we carry out, it also means we are less likely to need to increase our yearly subscription charges.

In real terms, this means that if your Group has 100 members paying £120 per year, which would give us a total income of £12,000 per year. Assuming all of the parents/guardians are taxpayers then the potential Gift Aid is around £3,000 per year back to the group from the government.
This form is used to collect personal data about you for the purpose of the charity reclaiming the Gift Aid from the tax you pay for the current tax year.
We take your personal data privacy seriously. We will keep the personal data in this declaration form for 6 years from the end of the accounting period they relate to. For further details on how we manage personal data please visit our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
Your personal data may be shared with HMRC if requested for the purpose of audit.
