Everyone has something to offer...
You may think that you have no skills to offer Scouting or you might not be interested in the vacancies below, but the truth is that everyone has something to give. Something as simple as organising games, clearing and setting up activities or making refreshments can give the leader more time to spend with the young people. Do you have any hobbies and interests that you could share? You don’t have to know everything to be a leader. You’ll be given full training and support on the job and you’ll learn new skills as you progress. Many of our adult volunteers say they are more confident in their everyday lives thanks to their involvement with Scouting. Email us at hamptonGSL@outlook.com and start making a difference today! |
